Let employees sign the Bible itself

The signing of the Baptist Faith and Message needs some clear thinking. If we say God is the author of the Bible then we come into conflict with the New Testament itself which says Paul wrote, Luke wrote, John wrote, Tertius wrote (Rom. 16:22) and others. It is wrong for men to claim credit for something God has done - even sinful!

Why would college and seminary professors waste class time to establish authorship and dates of books of the Bible if God is the author?

Lay people, read your Bible, study it and receive a pentecostal blessing to your own heart and forget man-made dogmas, especially inerrancy. Look at the gospel accounts of the inscriptions on the cross - no two are the same. Compare 1 Cor. 10:8 with Num. 25:9. How did Saul die? Read 1 Sam. 31 and 2 Sam. 1. Who killed Goliath, David or Elhanan?

Instead of asking denominational employees to sign a man-made document, why not ask them to sign a covenant from the Bible itself (2 Cor. 4:2)?
