Board hears BRH study committee report

In a room described by one as "subdued and icy" Baptist State Convention (BSC) Board of Directors members received a verbal synopsis of the Baptist Retirement Homes study committee report during their meeting Oct. 29 at Caraway Conference Center.

BSC buys property, extends Hawaii partnership

North Carolina Baptists will continue their partnership with Hawaii Baptists through 2009 after the Baptist State Convention (BSC) Board of Directors extended the partnership two years during a called meeting Oct. 29. The meeting was called primarily to set the 2008 budget.

CAMDENTON, Mo. - Property once owned by the Missouri Baptist Convention (MBC) faced a foreclosure sale on the steps of Missouri's Camden County courthouse Nov. 6 according to an Oct. 15 legal notice in the Lake Sun Leader, a newspaper in Camdenton, Mo.
